Welcome to Checkypin ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Checkypin mobile app, website, and related services (the "Services").

By using Checkypin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old in the US, 16 in the EU, or the legal age of digital consent in the Gulf region.
Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives.
By using Checkypin, you confirm your eligibility.

2. Accounts

You may register as:

User Account: for personal use (posts, check-ins, trips, chat rooms, recommendations).
Business Account: for establishments (restaurants, cafés, gyms, entertainment venues, tourist attractions, etc.).

You are responsible for:

Keeping login details confidential.
Ensuring accurate and updated information.
All activity under your account.

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Checkypin only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited activities include:

Uploading harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
Misusing geo-features (check-ins, referrals, chat rooms).
Manipulating points or referrals.
Harassment, spam, or impersonation.

Businesses must provide accurate service information.

4. Features

Check-ins & Trips: Earn reward points; options include public, private permanent, or private temporary.
Chat Rooms: Linked to check-ins; only text and camera photos allowed.
Posts & Stories: Must comply with Content Policy.
Recommendations & Notifications: Personalized based on user activity and interests.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership, but grant Checkypin a non-exclusive license to display and distribute within the Services.
Our Rights: All trademarks, software, and designs of Checkypin remain our exclusive property.

6. Reward Points System

Managed by businesses only.
Cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated by the business.
Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
Businesses may modify rules at any time.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of Checkypin is subject to our Privacy Policy, compliant with:

Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

8. Liability & Disclaimer

Checkypin is a platform and does not guarantee quality, safety, or legality of third-party services.

We are not liable for:

Accuracy of business offerings.
Loss of points due to business changes.
Technical issues beyond our control.

Services are provided "as is," without warranties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, commit fraud, or use the platform unlawfully.
You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

Gulf: Saudi or GCC laws.
EU: Local laws and GDPR.
US: State and Federal laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

Gulf: Saudi/GCC arbitration.
EU: Local courts or authorities.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Checkypin means acceptance of the new Terms.
